The Heirloom Collection features hand-marbled genuine leather binding using traditional 16th-19th century techniques, 1 hardcover original heirloom, 3 premium hardcover copies, a USB drive with all digital files, and luxury gift packaging. All collections include story consultations, professional writing collaboration, and our satisfaction guarantee.

The Signature Collection takes 4-5 weeks total (2-3 weeks for digital work plus 2 weeks for printing). The Premium Collection takes 5-6 weeks (3-4 weeks digital plus 2 weeks print). The Heirloom Collection takes 8-10 weeks (4-6 weeks digital plus 4 weeks for hand-crafted binding). We understand some stories have special deadlines—expedited timelines are available for Premium and Heirloom collections with advance planning.

We use a hybrid creative process that combines advanced AI tools with extensive professional artistry. Our professional storyboard artists hand-draw thumbnail shots of your entire script, mapping out every scene. Then our illustration team generates images using three different AI tools, guided by the script and storyboard. From hundreds of generated options, we select only the best images for your story. These selected illustrations are then meticulously refined by hand by our professional designers and digital artists to ensure quality, consistency, and emotional impact. This hybrid approach allows us to deliver museum-quality graphic novels with quick turnarounds and accessible pricing while maintaining the artistic vision and human touch that makes each story unique.

All collections include 2 revision rounds during the script development phase. You'll also receive 2 revisions for character design and 2 revisions for art style design—we'll send sample images in your selected art style for approval. We don't show finished illustrations until you receive your completed graphic novel—it's our element of surprise! However, your complete satisfaction is our goal, and we'll work with you throughout the development process to ensure your graphic novel perfectly captures your vision.

We offer flexible payment options to make your custom graphic novel accessible. You can choose between full payment upfront or milestone payments (50% deposit to begin, 50% upon completion). For rush delivery (1 week faster), an additional 30% fee applies. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.

Yes! Expedited production is available for Premium and Heirloom collections. With advance planning, we can prioritize your project for special occasions like anniversaries, birthdays, or gift-giving deadlines. Rush production may incur additional fees depending on your timeline requirements. Contact us early to discuss your specific date—we'll do everything possible to make it happen.

To get started, fill out our order form and complete our detailed submission form. You'll provide your story text, photos and descriptions of all characters, descriptions and photos of locations mentioned in your story, and select your preferred art style from our visual examples. Don't worry if your writing isn't perfect—just tell your story as best you can. During our consultation call, we'll ask additional questions about the information you've provided to help refine and enhance your narrative.

After that, you'll receive the first draft of your professional script. You can request edits, and we'll revise it together through 2 additional revision rounds. You bring the memories and emotions—we bring the storytelling expertise to structure it into a compelling graphic novel.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Before we begin full illustration production, we create detailed character designs and art style samples for your approval, with 2 revision rounds for each. Once you've approved these foundational elements, our team creates your complete graphic novel. We don't show the finished illustrations until you receive your package—it's our element of surprise! However, we've never had a client who wasn't thrilled with their final graphic novel. If concerns arise during the character or style approval phases, we'll pause, discuss, and make adjustments until you're confident in the direction.
