Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (United States)
All domestic shipping is included in the price for all collections. We ship all orders via UPS Ground with full insurance and tracking. For rushed orders, we use UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air to meet your deadline. Your heirloom treasure deserves the best protection during transit.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or UPS Worldwide Saver, depending on destination and package weight.
- Canada: 7-10 business days | Starting at $35.00
- Europe: 10-15 business days | Starting at $55.00
- Australia/Asia: 12-18 business days | Starting at $65.00

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
Packaging
Every custom graphic novel is packaged with museum-quality care:
- Wrapped in archival-quality acid-free tissue paper
- Protected with rigid cardboard inserts to prevent bending
- Sealed in waterproof packaging
- Packed in a sturdy, custom-branded box with cushioning
- Fully insured for transit
Heirloom Collection books arrive in a luxurious presentation box with protective slipcase, ready for gifting or display.
Tracking Your Order
Once your graphic novel ships, you'll receive:
- Email notification with tracking number
- Real-time tracking updates in your customer portal
- Estimated delivery date
- Delivery confirmation when your package arrives
You can track your order anytime by logging into your customer portal or using the tracking number provided.
Delivery
Signature Requirement
For security and to ensure safe delivery, all shipments require an adult signature upon delivery (21+ years old). Please ensure someone is available to sign, or arrange for package hold at your local carrier facility.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Quality Guarantee
We stand behind every graphic novel we create. If your book arrives damaged or has significant defects in printing or binding, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Email us at: contact@customgraphicnovels.com
- Include subject line: "Damaged or Defective Product" with your order number
We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional charge. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.
What's Not Covered
Our quality guarantee does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or use
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with creative elements that were previously approved during production
- Minor color variations due to monitor calibration differences
- Natural variations in hand-marbled leather (Heirloom Collection)
Cancellations
Since each graphic novel is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for completed, non-defective products. For information about cancelling your order during production, please see our Terms of Service.
Lost or Stolen Packages
All shipments are fully insured. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
- We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement once the claim is approved
Additional Copies
Need extra copies of your graphic novel? We're happy to print additional copies at a discounted rate:
- Paperback copies: $35 each + shipping
- Hardcover copies: $65 each + shipping
